The Dorchester Collection is made up of some of the finest hotels in Europe and the US. Rather than promoting the similarities in the hotels, the counter-intuitive brief was to channel the unique personality of each property. To do this, I interviewed staff in each hotel, and utilised their real-world quotations about working for The Dorchester Group. (So these lines are the only ones in this website I didn’t write!) My goal was to show the passion, commitment and quirky characteristics of their staff.
